Following a career in the Royal Australian Air Force in Communications and Ground Telecommunications technology, Ed gravitated towards his lifelong interest, pursuing a career in Information Technology. He has worked in numerous technical customer-facing roles and has a passion for helping others by educating and tutoring with patience and understanding.
He holds a degree in English Literature and has completed numerous tertiary-level IT related courses. He is a father and a keen outdoorsman, and volunteers whenever possible with his local State Emergency Service branch in Kalamunda.

With over 17 years of experience in the finance industry, Lindsey brings a wealth of knowledge to the table specializing in supporting application, implementation of new IT requirements and training.
Combined with cyber security and information security management systems knowledge, Lindsey ensures that clients effectively learn and navigate their systems. Clear communication and a patient approach characterize Lindsey's guidance, making the learning process seamless and enjoyable.

Kerri joins the team with a wealth of experiences across the travel and tourism, education, and recently the aged and disability sectors where her focus was on customer service.

Peter Malaxos
Peter is a lifelong learner. After graduating with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree, Peter spent over 35 years working in the technology industry with large global mining and oil & gas companies.
Peter went on to complete an MBA and the coursework units of a Doctorate in Information Systems and is passionate to share his knowledge and experience with others keen to learn about the wonders and benefits of modern technology.
