A consistent passion of mine has been the training, mentoring and development of individuals and teams, helping people grow their confidence and capability.
I am now excited to bring this experience into a more focused, people-first role as a Trainer, supporting our clients in building confidence and independence through the use of smart devices. I am committed to creating a supportive, patient and engaging learning environment where digital tools become more accessible, practical and empowering for everyday life.

With over 25 years of experience working in public libraries, Kim has a friendly and patient approach that puts people at ease—especially those who didn’t grow up with technology.
Kim specialises in helping older adults feel confident using phones, tablets and computers to stay in touch with family, friends and the wider world. Whether working one-on-one or with a group, Kim is skilled at solving technical problems, explaining things clearly and creating a relaxed learning environment that supports every user’s needs.
