Classroom Training
Classroom training is a cost-effective way to learn the basics as well as making new friends along the way. Our classes are capped to ensure each person has the one-on-one help they need and attendees are encouraged to bring their own devices for hands-on learning.

8-week courses
These courses comprise of 8 x 1-hour lessons (1 hour per week for 8 weeks) so you have time to practice and revise what you learn.
6-week workshops
These smaller, more targeted workshops comprise of 6 x 1-hour lessons (1 hour per week for 6 weeks) to learn the basics quickly.
Basic iPhone and iPad Course:
This course is a great way to learn the basics of your Apple iPad &/or iPhone and includes: Getting Started, Managing Contacts, Taking photos, Email Basics, Searching the Internet, Having fun with apps, Staying connected with FaceTime and Skype, iCloud & Backups.
Intermediate iPhone and iPad Course:
This course is an insightful way to learn the more about your Apple iPad &/or iPhone and includes: Personalising your device, Handy iPad tools, Reading iBooks, Brian Training, Organising Email, Managing Photos, Listening to Music, Siri – Your Personal Assistant.
Advanced iPhone and iPad Course:
This course is a excellent way to master your Apple iPad &/or iPhone and includes: Travelling with your device, How to save money, Electronic Calendars, Troubleshooting your iPad, Watching Movies, YouTube clips and Podcasts, Customising sounds, Passwords and Credit Cards, Synchronising your devices.
Windows 11:
This course is a insightful way to learn about your Windows 10 laptop and includes: Getting Started, Personalising your Laptop, Working with Files and Folders, Staying Safe online, Searching the internet, Email basics, Managing photos, Backup & Restore.
Samsung Basics:
This course is a great way to learn the basics of your Samsung device and includes: Getting Started, Managing Contacts, Taking photos, Email Basics, Searching the internet, Having fun with apps, Staying connected with Skype, Backups.
Introduction to Smartphones:
This course is a great way to learn about your Android Smartphone and includes: Getting started, Making and receiving phone calls, Text Messages, Managing Contacts, Taking Pictures, Email Basics, Managing Apps, Using Skype.
Travelling Made Easy:
This course is a excellent way to learn about travelling with your devices and includes: Researching Travel Destinations, Getting There, Where to Stay & What to Do, Preparing for Travel, Staying Connected Handy Apps, Getting out & about, Returning home.
PhotoBook Workshop:
This workshop is a great way to publish your photo memories and includes: Getting Started, Uploading Photos, Creating your album, Basic Designer, Advanced Designer, Publishing your album.
Facebook Basics:
This course will help you reconnect with family and friends and includes: Getting started, News feeds & general navigation, Inviting and Managing friends posts, Likes & Comments, Privacy & security settings, Messenger.
