ONE-ON-ONE (Face-to-face)
Training conducted in your home or at an external venue if preferred.
Purchasing a block of training is a fantastic way to get one-on-one help at a cost effective rate.
1 x hour = $140.00
Discounted bundle of 5 x 1-hour lessons = $630.00
Valid for 12 months but must be pre-paid in full before the first lesson
Travel is charged at $65 per hour if more than 5kms from closest trainer
ONE-ON-ONE (Remote)
Customised training delivered remotely enabling you to stay safe during COVID-19 social isolation restrictions or if based in a regional location where we currently do not have a local trainer.
Just like having the trainer sitting next to you but they can be located anywhere around Australia. We install a free program which enables the trainer to see your screen and provide the training over the phone.
$140.00 per hour
GROUP CLASSES
Grab a few friends that have similar needs and come along to our 4, 6 or 8-week courses.
Small class sizes to ensure trainer has time to help each person.
Classes vary in price depending on number of attendees and will range from $25 upwards per person per 1-hour class or a flat rate of $250 per 1-hour class for set content (maximum 10 people per class).

MANUALS & STYLUS PENS
Customised A5 size manuals are available for purchase at a cost of $45 each as an additional resource for any:
- Apple iPad &/or iPhone (iOS 16)

Stylus pens = $5 each
SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS

DROP IN SESSIONS
Let one of our experienced and patient trainers come to your facility on a regular basis for an hour Drop In to help residents and members with their IT queries.
No need to book a time; just pop down and our trainer will help you on a “first come, first served” basis as we show you how to perform particular functions on your device or answer any question you may have of an IT nature.
1-hour = $250.00
